[Typo3-dev] Manual.sxw problem.

I'm having problems getting my manual online on Typo3.org.
I get this error when comparing comparing with doc-review:
ERROR: The OOdoc parser returned an error: No files found in XML file - 
or some other error: 0
And I get this error when i go to the edit page:
ERROR: Error: No files found in XML file - or some other error: 0

I also tried to upload someone elses manual to see if that would make 
any change, but no.

Any ideas?
