[Typo3-dev] alpha beta stable

Hallo list,

I wrote quite some extensions one of them is downloaded more than
hundred times and I did't get one mail that there is a bug or something
else...

can i raise the state from alpha to beta in this case or which circumstances
have to get fulfilled so i can make this step ?

are there some guidelines on that ?

also when can the step from beta to stable be made ?
