[Typo3-dev] Documentation Template

Hey All,

I need to write some documentation but I'm looking for the documentation 
template.
When I go to this page : 
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/doc_typo3org/Rules_for_writing_SX/?encryptionKey=&cHash=0e5629b19e
It shows me a link.. but ends up on a VMWare installation guide :(

Looking for the extention 'Documentation template' Also reviels into 
nothing.....

please help!!!!
