[Typo3-dev] Admin control for Front End User Registration

I have implemented sr_feuser_register (Front End User Registration) plug-in. 
Everything is working fine but I want the registration process to have some 
sort of administrative control. The admin should be able to accept or reject 
users before they are confirmed.

Can anybody tell me how to do this? If this is not possible in this 
extension, is there any other suitable plug-in?
