[Typo3-dev] Versioning Fix

As long as versioning is not an official feature (it really isn't!) it
doesn't make sense to fix it for a patch release like 3.7.1!

I'm just sick-and-tired of another "Imagemagick" situation where we
dance around and stand on our heads to adapt to every conceivable bug or
behaviour of external software instead of just define requirements. I
don't want to waste more time because not only is it a lot of work
implementing work arounds, it also brings in unclean code of low quality
and eventually it also clutter the code up and needs to cleaned up after
a few years.

You can publish your change as an XCLASS for now, I think that should be
both possible and suffice to solve the problem.
