[Typo3-dev] Deactivating Backend Modules

Hi folks,

I'm searching for a way to disable some of the modules in the backend 
like Web->List or Web->Page without changing any T3-corecode, to be able 
to update TYPO3 in future without any soucecode changes.

The goal is a "new" backend, wich "only" uses the blank TYPO3 framework. 
Is there any documentations about doing things like that or examples 
whatever...?
