[Typo3-dev] Typo3 Services and 3.6.0

[Suman Debnath]

I thought there was some problem with my code which was why I posted it 
here. Anyway in the Typo3 Services document by René Fritz it was clearly 
mentioned that 3.6.0 supports services. Also in the 3.6.0 extension 
kickstarter you can create services.
