[Typo3-dev] Use of ASL 2.0 licenced in T3-extensions

Hi List,

in my my Calendar extension sk_calendar I plan to use a piec of 
Software that is licenced under the ASL 2.0 licence.
Now, there are opinions that this licences is not compatible with the 
GPL others (slashdot) say it is.

Should I include the software with notice of this possible conflict, or 
does the Community reject the use of software licenced unter ASL.
