I don't really understand what you mean by "modularization" ?

Do you think of putting some hook into the function which can execute 
alternate functions instead of ImageMagickExec for example ?

Of course I'm interested in making the ImageMagick part of T3 modular
but i have no clue at the moment how this can be achieved ....


I know my code will have to get rewritten ... but at the moment I just 
want to get Gimp-Magick ;) running.

To inform you: All three ImageMagick functions: imageMagickIdentify, 
imageMagickExec and combineExec are already replaced and working from 
gimp. Now I must find out which else parameters can get supplied from
T3 and implement them (at the moment just -geometry and -colors is 
implemented ...)
