[Typo3-dev] RFC: edit page properties

A search in the locallang-XML files reveals that "edit page header" is
used many places and it didn't appear certain that it made sense to
chance everywhere.


I'm willing to change this to whatever we can agree is better - but it
must be on a per-label basis so someone has to analyse WHAT different
usages there are and how they might differ or be the same.
