[Typo3-dev] USER_INT and $TSFE->linkVars

 Now I installed my test extension on a windows server too and it works,
 $GLOBALS['TSFE']->linkVars is set to "&L=2" in a USER_INT plugin...

 So.. it might be a local problem on your server(?)
 
 Try to debug it in tslib_pagegen.php, near line 198...
