[Typo3-dev] tt_rating description is wrong, plugin is not working?

Last time I checked tt_rating was old and outdated in every respect. Doc 
was incorrect and the whole thing was not up to TYPO3 standard. And I 
used TYPO3 3.5...

So any working up-to-date rating extension is highly appreciated.
