[Typo3-dev] displaying another value than the one selected

Hello list,

First of all I need to say, that I am a complete newbee when it comes to
extension development.

We would like to create an extension where the customer can select names
from fe_users shown in a list - no problems so far. However, in the frontend
it should display the name, the address, and phone number of this specific
user. Does anybopdy have a hint for me (or better some lines of code ;-)).
