[Typo3-dev] CSC not capable of <ol> lists?

Hi guys,

I am not sure if this has to go into the bugtracker because maybe Kasper 
has a higher idea behiind this.
in CSC there is a function called render_bullets which (surprise) 
renders the bullet CEs.
Here <ul> is hardcoded.
So basically you cannot use <ol> lists by now.
Is there something I miss or is this a bug that has to go to the tracker?
