IMHO all cleaning could/should(?) be integrated into *one* EXT. So
you can choose between
1.) Just a little clean
2.) cat wash
3.) morning wash
4.) spring-cleaning

(Maybe one will take better names ;-) ) Will say: If one could
have one "major cleanup" it would help making own content on the
TYPO3-LIVE CD.
