That might be - I don't know. However, TemplaVoila .0.4.0 is not recommended
for use with PHP 5.1.x or later. Use TemplaVoila 0.5.0CVS, 1.0.0beta or
later instead.

As you might see yourself, the error is produced by the extension
kb_tv_cont_slide, not TemplaVoila.

Or use TemplaVoila 1.0 and TYPO3 4.0

The beta version is already released [1] and should be compatible with PHP5.

In most cases you'll only have to install the new version. See Changelog for
more details.
