[Typo3-dev] More customizable frontend editing

Hi

I have tried to create more customizable frontend editing.
I have tried to discuss about this topic without response but I try again.

I would like to se for user groups more exact button sets as today possilble
button set for edit panel can setup in TS templates

allow=...

but that doesn't work in TS Config for users/ user groups, which is pity.

In addition

allow=toolbar,...

is too rough

I would like to set up every item in toolbar

allow.toolbar = history,...

If this issue could be solved I could add some features into 
'tm_contentaccess'.
