[Typo3-dev] Graphicprocessing as Extensions?

Hello,

I have TypoScript extented with ellipse functions.

but my Question is:

Can we realize the imageprocessing as extension?
We can specialized the function for many programms eg. GD ImageMagick, 
GraphicsMagick
