[Typo3-dev] simple registration form

Thank, you guys for answers,

but as it turned out that I am not familiar with the concept how can I 
correctly prepare simple form and post to the plugin and then get all field 
values in the plugin. It would be great if you can give some simple example 
or hint me what is the standard way to do this in typo3.
