[Typo3-dev] Using _LOCAL_LANG to override text from a typoscript wrap?

but I'm at locallang.php now, not at the setup.txt anymore ... it
gives me parse errors when I replace:

Array (
        'default' => Array (

to:

Array {
        'default' => Array {

I haven't tried admin panel before ... is that the pencil-looking link
from my plugin? ... I only use template>typoscriptObjectBrowser
