[Typo3-dev] One frontend plugin for different pages

Hi,

I've just created a extension for a website I'm developing which should
display a simple tabular data.

I have three pages on which I should present this data but they differ in
one or two fields eg.

Page one:
name | function | gifts
Page two:
name | function | warnings

What is the easiest way to do this? I have no previous expirience with Typo,
and I'm not a great PHP programmer... but I need to do this myself.
