[Typo3-dev] Making a better access control

My mother always seems to suggest, rather charitably, that anyone 
exhibiting such annoying traits can be forgiven as they must surely 
be suffering from Asperger's Disorder. I'm not sure I'm as 
charitable as my mother ;-)
