Sorry but I can't find the paragraph which indicates that job offers are
not allowed.

Depending on the knowledge the original poster requires the dev list
might be the best list to ask.

Only Tapio should hold his personal views about certain aspects a little
bit back until he can elaborate himself clearly enough so that others
can understand him and his probably good intentions without feeling
offended.
