[Typo3-dev] TCA type => select & none

Hello,

It's me again and I've got a new problem:
I want to show the name of the BE-user whose ID is saved in the field 
cruser_id but the field should not be editable.
=> "type" => "none" would be perfect if I would also get the username, not 
only the id
=> "type" => "select" (with foreign table be_user) would be perfect if it 
would be readonly.

Can anyone plase help me (again)?
