[Typo3-dev] Example to bypass set_no_cache

Before:
set_no_cache was used if mode was random. So no cache was available at 
all if a random banner was included into the page.

Now:
extension "changes" behaviour from USER to USER_INT w/o the need for 
set_no_cache. Now the pages got cached.

Advantages:
Speed increase upto 70% due caching and still banner rotation that can 
be tracked.
