[Typo3-dev] tslib_content $incFile

Just testing why USER_INT is not delivering uncached values as expected 
and found on several place in class.tslib_content.php that the value for 
$incFile is not initiated:
examples:
tslib_content:COBJ_ARRAY
tslib_content:USER

Version 3.7.1 and 3.8.0

It seems to me to be a major bug.
Or do I miss something?
