[Typo3-dev] Inconsitent button set and one missing button

Hi

I must partially rewrite the interface of Typo3 3.8.0 for my customers.

Reasons:

* incosintent button sets

* bad button orders

* redundant buttons

Problem: I should add a return button from 'Edit page header' back to 
edit content. Any other idea than using just 'histor.go(-1)', which 
doesn't always work as expected. Someone interested to make that button 
better?
