[Typo3-dev] Problems with the Mininews frontpage teaser

Hello developers

 

I'm pretty new to Typo3 thus my questions might seem a bit newbish.

 

I'm having some problems putting up the Mini News plug-in, that I hope you
can help me to solve!

 

1. How do I make the Mininews frontpage teaser a global content in my
template so i won't have to add it as content on all my pages?

 

I have already tried putting this in my template setup

 

newsbox < plugin.tx_mininews_pi1

newsbox.CMD = FP

 

But it still only works on the pages with the plug-in directly added as
content.

 

2. As said the frontpage teaser only appears on the pages with the news
plug-in added as content, that makes another problem when i click to see the
news as both the box with the news viewer and the box with the teaser now
shows the whole news post.

 

How can I fix this?
