Hi Thomas,

you have to insert

/**
  * [CLASS/FUNCTION INDEX of SCRIPT]
  */

in your php file. This will automagically ;-) be replaced by the generated 
index of extdeveval (see 
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/doc_core_cgl/Visual_formatting_an/#oodoc_part_253 
)
