[Typo3-dev] TER: Cache for manuals

Hi list,

I've got frequent problems with manuals when updating extensions on  
the TER.
Even when the revision is not a minor one, it seems that the old  
version of the manual is kept in the cache for a long time.
So the updated version of the manual is not displayed with the  
extension. I tried to change a few things on the TOC, but with no  
success.

Am I doing something wrong, or is there a way to fix this?
