[Typo3-dev] rfw() ?

Hello,

I am trying the TYPO3 3.8.0 beta1.

I am starting with an empty global ext directory. So I am installing all 
necessary extensions as local from the TER, and it seems the tstemplate 
(quite a useful extension !!) is not working. It installs correctly, but 
I get the following error when trying to open a page in the tstemplate 
module:

*Fatal error*: Call to undefined function: rfw() in 
*/data/www/dummy/typo3conf/ext/tstemplate/ts/index.php* on line *251

Will that be fixed by the launch of Typo3 3.8.0 final ?
