I think the extenison can be used for this thing, I need to go over a
few things, the output is really ugly and in table, I'll make more
stylable, and also it should be able to log which frontend user
submitted the link. Besides that I think it fits perfectly. 

I'll do it fter 3.7.0 release, I'll rather see if I can get the time
to lokk at some bugs.
