Nearly ready was the word recently.

Alas, no public time schedule, no public beta. *

And as for this list, Kasper has removed himself from it. Seems he 
wasn't satisfied with the "community". Probably too many people talking 
(about perceived/magined failures of Tpyo3) and too little who worked 
actually on something.
