Ah yes. I forgot that FK constraints are a fairly new addition to MySQL.

And in my opinion adding FK constraints would be a very good idea seeing
how that eliminates the possibility that (for example) a user
accidentaly gets deleted from the DB and leaving a ton of posts and
pages in the DB without an owner (which I think would screw up things to
no end as far as I can tell).
