Why do you think that bugs.typo3.org is not the right place?

As an alternative you can post here and hope someone will either report 
the bug to Kasper, fix it (in case he/she as write access) or you can 
mail Kasper directly.

Though I really think you should use bugs.typo3.org after posting here. 
Posting on the list has the advantage of feedback. If it's not a bug 
you'll be told. If it is go ahead an file a bug. "Kaspers's little 
helper" will tae care of it (ie assignment to the right developers).
