[Typo3-dev] RFC: Link database of articles

Hi all,

after visiting two Usergroup sites I was impressed of the great articles
that were posted there.

I admit that there are too many different resources of knowledge, but how
can one find this?

So I thought about creating a new page on typo3.org where users can post
links to articles. What I am thinging of is:
- Subject
- Keywords
- Description
- Language
- possibility to report a broken links and
- possibility to add comments

What do you think? Who wants to do it?
