[Typo3-dev] kickstarter and db-relations

i've build a little extension in the kickstarter which connects some
tables by relations. now i dont want to show the relation_id in the
listview, but the connected datafield(s)

Example (not very useful):
DB 1:
adress
__________
adress_id
location
areacode

DB 2:
names
__________
name_id
surname
name
birthdate
adress_id

DB 3:
experts
__________
name_id
adress_id
abilities


for this example the listview for the experts will show name_id not
experts name...

how can i solve this?

another problem is, that i have problem with the birthdate. here typo3
will only akzept dates after 01.01.1970 (unix-timestamp)

what do i have to do to become dates before 01.01.1970 into these field?
