Soooorry if it means this! I watched the Simpson in German overdubs and
I have seen the "duh" only written. It was meant by mean to signify that
I do not understand. I always understood it that "duh" sounds stupid,
but had the impression that it's Homer - or in this case *me* - that's
the dumb one.
If you're right than it is no wonder you think I was crude. I hope it's
clear now that it was never meant as an offence. I'll stop using the
"duh" as it's rather embarrassing to insult someone unknowingly.
