Uh oh, this is a no no. It's always a hassle to display the time valus 
for any other given time zone. And it has the disadvantage of being 
affected by time savings during summer.
Please let's settle on UTC.
Or if a chice is needed make it server wide choice. I don't think 
anybody needs a per value chice (as in the Z flag of the ISO format).
