[Typo3-dev] How to code a multi-language extension like tt_news 2.0?

Hi 

partly yes, but not exact. 
I am trying to implement the same Language-Overlay into my extension as the one used by the pages themselfes (you know, where you see a list entry in the backend with its possible translations behind and you can click on the flags and get the languageOverlay records and stuff)
Thats used in tt_news, too.
