[Typo3-dev] FE edit up/down bug?

I´ve tried with both pure TS templates as well as autoparser and defined 
html templates - neitherway the up/down function in frontend hasn´t worked 
since v3.5.0 though the buttons for the function is still rendered, so it 
appears to be a bug - just strange noone´s customers who use FE editing 
haven´t complained about this yet.

Using cut/insert method in this case makes no sense, since the function 
isn´t available in the frontend. and the move up/down function works well in 
the BE list module anyways.

I´ve posted it as a bug at bugs.typo3.org - let´s se if something is done 
about it.
