[Typo3-dev] Feature Request: Enable coloring the shadow mask on gifbuilder/modify white halo on GB texts

I looked at the line and what you suggest is to change the *mask* from
something else than black/white to ?/white. That doesn't make sense
theoretically. Masks are grayscale by definition.

What you should do and probably CAN do already is to render the shadow
on an *image*  backgroundcolor close to your background image and that
will prevent white halos.
