[Typo3-dev] configuring plugin vars for simulate static

I know. There it says that the site owner has to configure this to add 
these vars to the list of vars from extensions. I have understood it 
that the plugin author can stup a list of vars.

This makes sense as it would be hard to know all vars of all the 
installed extensions.
