[Typo3-dev] RC2-dev version

I get this same error and I'm running Linux and I have the proper symlinks
in /typo3/t3lib and /typo3/gfx. The funny thing is I could have sworn that I
had it running last night and I got the error today. I have no idea what I
changed.
