[Typo3-dev] my rc2 bug

hi guys,

now i hope i am not being the ignorant person here ;-) i have upgraded 
three sites to RC2. i updated everything just like you're supposed to 
do. one site is fine with RC2, but two other give me these errors:

backend: clicking on remove cachefiles from /typo3conf/

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: removecachefiles() in 
/home/httpd/typo3_src-3.6.0RC2/t3lib/class.t3lib_tcemain.php on line 3959

Frontend (all pages):

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: exec_getquery() in 
/home/httpd/typo3_src-3.6.0RC2/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_content.php 
on line 1109

For al sites goes: Table and field definitions are OK. Changing back to 
RC1 solves everything!

So how do I troubleshoot this?
