Hello.

   List of Typo3 Bugs:

   1. PHP Fatal error:  Cannot redeclare class t3lib_div
      in typo3\t3lib\class.t3lib_div.php on line 0

      Symptoms:   Blank frame pages in BE.

      Correction: Change typo3/init.php lines 132 & 133 -
      "require" to "require_once".

   2. Russian letters in labels in Template module replace with
      "Ìîé øà&..." at display by module.
      In List->Edit all letters is correct.

   3. Russian letters in all BE-forms after inserting record.
      For example - after selecting "Include basis template" in
      Template BE form.

      Bug is appear immediately after selecting inserted field.
      After pressing "save" button all ok.

   4. InstallTool:Image Processing (3):GD Lib (5) - PHP Error:
      Call to a member function on a non-object in
      typo3\t3lib\class.t3lib_stdgraphic.php on line 1630

   Runtime data. OS = Win32. Force charset = windows-1251.
                 PHP & Apache = various (many testers).
