[Typo3-dev] Extension Dev. Events Tool

i wan't to ask if anyone is programming an events extension?
We are planing to do one, not based on the julle.

So please coworkers contact me that we could coordinate and use synergy.

Also a brainstroming would be nice, to include most required features or 
  at least build a basis for further dev. an extending this extension.
