[Typo3-dev] annoying difference between 3.5 and 3.6 extmng class extension warnings

There is, but that doesn't solve the problem.

The problem is that either the users of 3.5 or the users of 3.6 will get 
an error message. That's because I cannot use " or ' both in the same file.
