[Typo3-dev] Access typo3-Input routines from backend module

Hi,

after searching the dev.list & typo3.org I still couldn´t find a 
solution to my problem.
I am currently writing a backend module where I introduce my own tables 
(setup with kickstarter, TCA, everything done).
Now, when creating content-elements for pages these are accessable by 
"NEW". Typo3 handels saving, uploading building relations etc.

Question: Is it possible to access these input routines from within the 
backend, e.g. with a link like 
db_new.php?id=XX&AB=1&edit[tx_module_id][XX]=new ?
This would be great because I don´t want to do simple db operations on my own.

i know how to code PHP so feel free to paste PHP statements :)
