[Typo3-dev] How to configure TortoiseCVS with Typo3-CVS?

I want to setup my access to the 
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/typo3/ using the graphical 
environment TortoiseCVS for the explorer in Windows 2000.
My configuration files are:
CVS-folder:
Repository-file: TYPO3core
Root-file: :ext:typo3 at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/typo3/
Entries-file: /create_symlinks.sh/1.1/Fri Oct 17 23:00:20 2003/-kb/
D/misc////
D/t3lib////
D/typo3////

However every time I start a local actualisation, it happens, that the 
password dialog window appears repeatedly. I did not enter any password 
but pressed the ENTER button.

What is wrong in my configuration? From the new symbols and the context 
menu I can see that TortoiseCVS has been correctly installed.
  I use Tortoise CVS Version 1.6.6, CVS Version 2.0.34, SSH Version: 
TortoisePlink Release 0.53
